Eat fruits and vegetables. They reduce the risk of many heart attacks, cancer and chronic health problem. They also help keep a check on weight.

Get in touch with your friends. Sharing lessens your burden. Friends are those people who are always there for you even when you feel left out.

Get in contact with someone over the age of 70 or less than the age of six. Spending time with children is often an awesome experience. There simplicity and honesty influences thinking in a positive way. Elderly are very wise courtesy their life experiences so you get to learn a lot from them.
