Try to be of help to people. Doing some thing for someone else gives him or her a lot of joy. It is nice to know someone cares. Giving money to charity is one way, however this takes no time and effort on behalf of the donor. Doing something for someone is much more appreciated and allows one to give of one's self. Holding grudges is bad for both parties. It creates a lot of mental baggage to carry around. Not forgiving someone gives that person the power to make one discontent. Often the transgressor is not even aware they have offended the person. This means that the offended person gives much more power to the situation than it really deserves. Toxic relationships are of no value at all. If a relationship causes pain, guilt, anger then it is time to terminate such relationships. Spend time with people who cause happiness and that are important.
Exercise goes a long way to enhancing how one feels. Getting to the heart pumping and blood flowing causes a feeling of being energized and relaxed. The body also looks a lot better and this in itself will cause one to feel a whole lot more positive. The relationship between spouses and partners is very important. Both parties should make each feel special. Magic relationships are not a figment of the imagination. They can and do exist.
