When Is The Right Time For You To Call Your Ex Girlfriend Or Boyfriend?

By Derek Evans

If your boyfriend breaks up with you, it will be a very agonizing experience. A break up is not an experience you want to happen. Usually, what happens next is you will want to call him up to convince him that both of you should be together. Don't do it. Begging or sounding clingy would just ruin your chances of ever getting back with him.

You can call him when you think you are ready, but first, read below to find out if you are prepared to talk to him already.

Instead of calling immediately, why not spend a month to heal up and relax. Free yourself from all the stress around you. Remember, if he sees that you are miserable and crying all the time, it will place a negative impression on him and it will just assure him that breaking up with you was the right thing to do. No guy wants a girl who is very clingy. So, get your act together -- there are lots of fishes in the sea. You can catch others instead.

Ladies, after a break up, tend to spend most of their time in their rooms. This will not help you at all. What you should be doing is calling all your friends and planning all your getaways. Go to the beach or climb a mountain. Do anything but stay in that room. You must accept the fact that your ex just isn't there anymore.

Many guys just hate it when their girlfriends don't have other friends. Having a boyfriend does not mean that you can't see your other friends. Men don't like it when the girl is very clingy and needy. If you can avoid being like that, then he will find you more appealing than before.

So, how do you know if you are now ready to call him up so you can meet up? While talking to him, if you aren't nervous, then that's a good sign. This usually means that you're over the fact that he broke up with you and you're okay with just being friends.
