When we say health in the law of abundance we are not just talking about your physical health but also your mental health. Essentially you need your health to live and truly experience things how they should be experienced and being to interact properly with those around us. Without your health you cannot possibly feel abundant. That is why it is so important not only to look after your diet and exercise needs but also your mental wellbeing.

Like the saying goes, "If you don't have your health then you have nothing." Unless you ever become ill you never appreciate this saying. Same goes for the law of abundance if you never follow its laws you will never know how great it feels to always feel abundant in life. In this case ignorance certainly is not bliss.

You've certainly heard about the law of attraction; the idea behind the book and film 'The Secret'. Whatever you put your mental energy toward will come to you is the message of the work. Whether you do so consciously or not, the power of the mind is such that you can make whatever you focus on happen, whether for good or ill.

These are essentially statements of a positive nature which one can repeat to oneself several times throughout the course of each day. The beauty of this is that there's no need to spend vast amounts of money, simply because you can do it all by yourself, at home or even at work. Just take a moment to think about what aspect of your life you'd like to change, and then start thinking about yourself.

If for example you with would like to get fit, then instead of focusing on the fact that you're out of shape, you should focus on how good it feels to be in shape. Making Your Future Out Of Your Past Lives

If we look closely at world religions, we see that many speak about life being a cycle. We go around and around, treading similar ground. There is comfort in the knowledge that not only will we be here again but that we have been here in the past. It just makes sense, which might explain why most people on the planet believe in reincarnation. Maybe you believe in past lives or maybe you have doubts. Either way, it is worth looking into and there are some easy tools you can use.

Do you keep a journal? If not, try writing down the things that happen to you every day. If you already keep one, then take a close look at it. What does it tell you about your life? Look for times when you felt the pull of strong emotion. Strong emotional experiences resonate through our lives both past and present and can be clues to what has a deeper meaning in our lives. Like a puzzle, the pieces can fit together and a clear picture might begin to emerge.

You can also make a lists of the things that are important to you, the things you strongly like or dislike. They can be something as simple as food or as complex as your feelings about your parents and the way you were raised. Nothing is too mundane just so long as it has meaning for you, that it has strong emotional significance in your life. Think about the things you are good at, or the things you wished you could improve or even your perfect fantasy self. Then write them down.

There are also your dreams. They have long been held to be significant as harbingers of the future, but they are also offer an excellent view of the past. It is all in how you look at them. Write them down in as much detail as you can remember. They contain powerful symbols. The meanings of these symbols can be pulled out over time so long as we write them all down.

Have you ever tried influencing your dreams with positive suggestion? It can powerfully alter the world you create as you sleep. Just before you go to sleep, remind yourself that your dream task tonight is to explore your own past. After some practice, you will find that your past will be easier and easier to read in the present.

Meditation is like positive suggestion, only you are still awake. It takes a certain amount of discipline and self-reliance to practice deep meditation, but there is a simpler method for those of us whose schedules do not allow for hours of relaxed thought.

You can also prod your mind during the day as you go about your regular chores. In the supermarket, the bank, walking down the street. These are all times when the brain is idling along, not doing anything much. Remind it that you want to know all about your past lives and then forget about it again. At first you will have to pay close attention to find the answers to your questions, but soon they will become easier to spot.

If you are able to visit a past-life regression therapist, then that is an excellent path. They can help you get down deep within your past lives and bring up details you might have missed. They can also help you interpret your regression. Bring along your journals and any questions you might have. Therapists are trained to help you. Look for one certified by the International Association for Regression and Research Therapies or the International Association of Past Life Therapists. Or visit these groups directly and find a therapist in your area.

You won't have any regrets, whatever your personal feelings about reincarnation. You are sure to learn something about yourself you never knew.

Influence Of The Seven Chakras

Chakras are the foci within our bodies where the energy which makes up our life force is generated. Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel; a good representation of the spherical energy field the word refers to.

There are six Chakras which are located along the spine and a seventh one above these, removed from the physical element of your body.

While we understand these Chakras as energy, you need to understand that these seven Chakras influence your body.

A proper alignment of the seven Chakras helps you to maintain your body in physical, mental and spiritual health; this is why it is important to know more about each Chakra and how it affects you.

Muladhara

The Muladhara is the Chakra of your lower body. This is also known as the root or base Chakra. This Chakra relates to your survival and other instincts. Muladhara has to do with the potentiality of human life. This Chakra is located in the perineal region, near the base of the spine.

This is the Chakra believed to be influential on the adrenal glands, producing the fight or flight response and other primal behaviors.

Swadhisthana

The Swadhisthana is the reproductive Chakra and corresponds to the genitals. Also known as the sacral Chakra, this is the Chakra which controls your sexuality and the creative impulse.

This chakra can also be responsible for the mood swings that might dominate lives at one point or another. It is symbolized by a six petal lotus. This chakra is in charge of the moods that you might have and the basic sexual and creative flows that exist in your body.

Manipura

Located in the Navel, the Manipura or solar plexus Chakra is responsible for the transition from simple to comlex emotions. The Manipura corresponds to the pancreas in the physical body.

The Manipura plays an important role in the way that food is converted into energy. It is symbolized by a ten petal lotus.

Anahata

The Anahata is the heart. This Chakra is responsible for love and other complex emotions, as well as your sense of equilibrium and well being overall. This Chakra corresponds to the thymus gland (located in the chest) and the immune system in the physical body.

This Chakra is symbolized by a twelve petal lotus

Vishuddha

The Vishudda is the throat. Symbolized by a sixteen petal lotus, it is in charge of both communication and growth. It is paralleled to the thyroid, and does the same thing.

The Vishudda also governs the process of growth.

Ajna

The Anja is your eyebrow or forehead. This Chakra is also known as the third eye. The Ajna comtrols your visualization abilities and is the Chakra which has to do with time, light and awareness.

This Chakra is also in charge of the sleep cycle. The symbol of this Chakra is a two petal lotus.

Sahasrara

The Sahasrara is the seventh and final Chakra. The Sahasrara is the most important of all Chakras. This Chakra governs consciousness and as such, it is also important to every other Chakra and every system in the human body. This Chakra corresponds to the pituitary gland in the physical body. This Chakra is symbolized by a thousand petal lotus.

There is no need to worry as you, the remote viewer, are completely in control of your destination and when it is time to return to your original state or location.

However, you do need a quiet area with no disruptions. Completely relax your body and then start to visualize another room in the house or an area close to you. Focus on various setting from your past and then go back a few more years to feel as though you are actually there at this time.

Telepathy - Communicate Without Your Normal Senses

Telepathy is when one person transfers their thoughts and emotions to another person often over great distances.

We have been used to using language for such a long time that we find it hard to think of telepathy in the same way. However, there have been several scientists and animal trainers who are completely convinced that animals have the power of telepathy. While you would think this would be a crazy thought, they have amassed a huge amount of evidence to show this is true.

You will also hear about anthropologists who believe that many of the primitive tribes out there today can utilize this power. While it's not easy to do, they have been able to harness the abilities of telepathy.

What you need to understand is that telepathy isn't some sort of crazy aberration. Instead, it's something that we should recognize just as we would when coming across a person with speech issues. While we classify this as a disability, it should be the same scenario for someone who cannot utilize their telepathic power. Unfortunately it's not, but hopefully in the near future it will be.

One thing to understand is that most of our societies over many thousands of years have simply lost their telepathic powers. We now see it as being natural to only use speech, and the common five senses, but it was not always like that.

Would you believe that telepathy is linked to your sixth sense? Well it is and you may hear some refer to it as the third eye. Whatever name you have for it, telepathy should just come to be second nature.

Then again, there are positive times like a friend you haven't heard from in a long time calls you within the same week you thought about them. It's crazy to think about, but things like this happen all the time, yet we overlook them as mere coincidences, even though a mother/child power is accepted.

We can't really pinpoint an exact time when the majority of humanity seemed to lose touch with telepathy, but it has a lot to do with not believing in its power. You often see this amongst many religious organizations like Christianity and Islam that believe this is a tool used by Satan and is simply demonic power.

If you or someone you know are set in their religious ways, you've probably been told not to put any sort of faith in telepathy. This is so you reflect this power to only be utilized by the Messiah, Savior, Prophet, or any other name you use for the almighty.

While we aren't trying to offend anyone, you have to ask why religions would be so distrustful of telepathy. Our own opinion is that if others possess a power such as this, they can challenge the leaders of the church. Since no one wants to lose their power, they keep everyone suppressed about the matter. Granted, it's not like this everyone, but when cases arise it's usually the reason.

Then of course if it's not religious talk, you can always turn to the scientific thoughts. Even though we do have open-minded scientists who believe in telepathy, there are some out there who think it's virtually impossible. The thought behind it is that you cannot taste or touch it, nor numerically measured. Believing this only keeps the positive thoughts at bay.

It's a big dilemma considering scientists have no problem accepting emotions and instincts. Are these individuals being prejudice? It's possible, but since scientists can feel emotions and instincts themselves, they consider this okay. When it comes to telepathy though, there is a lot left to be explained, so they don't acknowledge it.

Some believe it could be that the scientists who oppose telepathy are simply jealous. After all, it doesn't seem fair that someone could do something like this, which is why they don't want anyone else to have them. So instead of branding something different, it is always considered an instinctive response.

This mystery may never be solved, but there are definitely different scenarios that could be true. Another version dates back to biblical times when the Tower of Babylon story came around. Even though the languages were brought about to migrate people, it could be the same for telepathy. Hopefully some day we'll get a definitive answer.
