How To Start Conscious Dreaming

Practice conscious dreaming, that will benefits you in multiple ways. Normal dreams are very beautiful but you are not conscious about it. But once you enjoyed the experience and relaxation of lucid dreams you will never wish for an ordinary dream.

People have some doubts about credibly of this aspect because most of us are not aware about all these out of body stuffs. If you are practicing with strong determination and focus, you will realize that conscious dreaming has its own power to transform you. Here, the most important platform is conscious mind that you need to gain control over sub conscious mind to limit conscious mind's activities. Thus, your brain frequencies will tend to lower or your mind's distraction will be lowered. It is the ideal state to have conscious dreaming.

Why do you dream consciously and what are the benefits? If you are able to dream consciously you can make tremendous changes in your life. Conscious dreaming is possible to all, if they are able to control their subconscious mind and able to direct their thoughts in a way their conscious mind desires. If you gain the capacity of conscious dreaming you will improve your concentration power and observation power. If you pay a keen observation to the world around you, you can see many things what ordinary men fail to do. You can form a perception beyond common man.

You may wipe out worries and unfortunate incidents that tease your mind always with the help of conscious dreaming.

Preparation and focus are the vital points to consider while planning for a conscious dream. You need to make out the fact that no mental or psychic activities take place in disturbed or negative mind. So that it is very essential to create an ideal mindset in the beginning itself. You may reduce your brain frequency to alpha frequency state where psychic activities takes place. Take leave from all your duties and be focused on the goal being tremendous concentration and time to get imperative results,

You have best ways to check your concentration ability. Look at a star on sky, focus on it and think about only star and its features. You may many other stars and moon in sky. Examine are you able to concentrate on it a long time or your memory is deviating.

Once you confident about your ability to control your mind you can start practicing conscious dream. Consciousness does not mean that you are in normal condition. You will be in between awake and asleep but you can ware of the incidents that takes place in your dream.

In initial stages you need more focus and attention. Select a room which can give you perfect solitude. Better to lay flat ion bed instead of sitting. Close your eyes and take long deep breath and release slowly. This will help you to fresh up your mind. Certain images will appear before your closed eyes. Concentrate on it, you will feel like you are loosing your connection with surroundings. Then thoughts from your subconscious mind come to your dream and you can visualize it. Then you will be well conscious of dreams.
